Chano Fernandez, Former Co-CEO of Workday, a software solution provider with 17,000 employees that supports 50% of the fortune 500 companies.  He grew up in one of the poorest regions of Spain, and has now lived in London for over 10 years. Chano is responsible for Workdays customer acquisition, and is also one of the companies board directors.
