Christopher "Chris" Voss is an American businessman, author, and academic. Chris is a former FBI hostage negotiator, The Black Swan Group Ltd CEO in East Grinsted, England, and co-author of Never Split the Difference. He is an adjunct professor at Harvard Law School, the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and a lecturer at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
