Great Leadership With Jacob Morgan

Who you surround yourself with matters.

If you surround yourself with negative people, you will adopt that mindset and become a negative person.

If you surround yourself with positive people, they can push you to be the best version of yourself.

So you need to ask yourself three basic questions to get a sense of who you’re surrounded with:

Does this person help make you a better version of yourself?

Does this person build you up? Or does this person tear you down?

Does this person help you see things from a different perspective? Or does this person just help you see things from a negative perspective?
