Great Leadership With Jacob Morgan

Dr. Thomas Zurbuchen who is the Associate Administrator at NASA Science. He actually just stepped down from his role after leading NASA science for over 6 years. He’s behind many of the space initiatives over the past few years including the Mars Lander InSight and the James Webb Telescope.

Today’s episode we discuss how old the universe is and if there is intelligent life somewhere in space, if we are living in a computer simulation or parallel universe, and how big our universe really is. It’s not all space talk though, Thomas also shares how he makes decisions and deals with failure,  and the difference between making a mistake versus almost making a mistake and why it’s so crucial to talk about both of these things.
